“I had another agent who knew I had a month to seel my house in a contingency situation. I had to fire her and start over with less than 2 weeks left to complete the deal. I went to HS years ago with Vera's husband and a mutual friend mentioned that she was an agent and really good at her job. I soon found that out for myself.
